Your wedding day should be one of ther best days of your life and you should have control over what you and your guests eat. Our Menu is designed to give you maximum choice & is filled with great tasty options.​
Rather than bombard you with different packages we simply allow you to choose. Our wedding BBQ is great for large wedding or intermate gatherings with total choice.

How does it work
Simply choose
3 Canapes
4 Mains
3 Salads
2 Cheesecakes or the waffle bar.
4 items for the evening buffet.

On the day we will be set up prior to your arrival. Canapes are served at a time you choose, generally during the photographs are being done.
The BBQ will be ready at a time to suit you. Guests are served one of each main each and then they can help themselves to the salads.
Once Everyone has been served we will then set up the desserts.
The buffet is cold and will be presented where you choose. Table will need to be provided for this. The buffet is displayed on disposable platter with disposable plates & cutlery.
